Agreement and scope
These terms govern use of Wyckoff Files, a synthetic-market educational application. By choosing to use it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Intended users are at least 13 years old; a parent or guardian should supervise where local law requires it.
Educational purpose
The application teaches interpretation of price and volume. It is not investment advice, a recommendation, a brokerage, a signal service, a source of live quotes or a promise of financial results. It does not place orders, hold funds or connect to trading accounts. Do not use synthetic cases as evidence of actual market performance or future returns.
Interpretation and scoring
Wyckoff stages, phases and named events involve judgment. References may accept uncertainty or several explanations. Knowledge scores apply to the stated teaching task, not investment ability, profit, risk tolerance or trading success. Candidate event names do not establish the identity or intention of any market participant.
License and acceptable use
You may use bundled lessons and synthetic examples for personal learning and create personal annotations and backups. You may not misrepresent synthetic examples as actual trades, redistribute the application or its authored content as your own, bypass platform safeguards or use it unlawfully. Your own imported data and notes remain yours; ensure you have the rights to import and use them.
Data and availability
You are responsible for protecting your iPhone and exporting backups before uninstalling. The core is offline; public legal and support pages may be unavailable and have bundled fallbacks. CSV and backup imports are validated, but you should retain source copies. No cloud account or automatic remote backup is provided.
No warranty and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the application is provided as available without a guarantee of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, suitability for investment decisions or preservation against device loss. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. You should independently verify information and avoid relying on this tool for financial decisions.
Changes and termination
You can stop using the application and delete local data at any time. Future versions may change educational content and functionality. Material term changes will carry a new date. No specific governing-law jurisdiction is asserted because the operator location has not been verified.
Support and distribution
Operator display name: Wyckoff Files (application-name default). Contact: wyckofffiles@support.com (unverified workflow default). Planned distribution is all available App Store regions except mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan; final availability is controlled by the store configuration. A working support contact must be configured before submission.
